apratighātasvabhāvaṃ nirdiśannāha | atha khalvāyuṣmānityādi  | nāyamiti | trividhasarvajñatākārasuparipūrṇābhisamayatvena sarvatra rūpādau jñānadharmasyāpratighātitvādayaṃ deśanādharmo na kvacitpratihanyate | apadasvabhāvaṃ vaktumāha | apratihatetyādi | sarvapadānupalabdhita iti | jñānajñeyasamatayā sarvapratiṣṭhānupalambhārthenāpratihatalakṣaṇo'nabhibhūtaḥ | advitīyatvāditi | ekākitvādapratimalakṣaṇo'sādṛśyalakṣaṇaḥ | niḥpratyarthikatvāditi | sarvapratipakṣasamatikrāntatvādapratilakṣaṇo'pratipakṣalakṣaṇaḥ | anabhinivṛttatvāditi | ajātatvādapado'pratiṣṭhāsvabhāvaḥ | sarvopapattyanupapattitvāditi | devādisarvagatiṣṭhavidyamānarūpatvādanutpādaḥ | sarvapathānupalabdhitvāditi | sarvamārgatvenānupalambhādapatho'mārgaḥ | apada ityasya prayogadarśanabhāvanāviśeṣāśaikṣamārgeṣu viśeṣaṇārthamapratihatalakṣaṇa ityādi pañcapadopādānam | agatisvabhāvaṃ kathayannāha | anujāto vatāyamityādi | bhagavataḥ sambandhī śrāvako'yamanu paścājjātastathāgata ivetyanujātaḥ | kathaṃ śrāvako'pi tathāgata ivānujāta iti | tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | tathā hi bhagavannityādi | yasmātsarvameva dharmamanadhigatārthaviṣayamapi samyakśūnyatayā deśayati,tasmāttathāgata ivānujāta ityarthaḥ | vastudharmatvenānujātārthaṃ vighaṭayannāha | yaddevaputrā ityādi | ajātatvāditi | tatvenānutpannatvādajātastathāgatasya śrāvakaḥ subhūtistasyaiva tathatāmanuyātaḥ | prāptastādātmyenānugataḥ | "tathābhāvastathatetyata eva nirdeśādasya hrasvatvami"tyācāryavasubandhuḥ | kathamityāha yathā tathāgatetyādi | evaṃ hi subhūtiriti | yasmādanantaroktatathatārūpeṇa tathāgatatathatāmanuyātastato'jātatvādanujāta iti pūrveṇa sambandhaḥ karaṇīyaḥ | evamuttaratrāpyavagantavyam | abhyāsayogena tattathatāprāptau kathaṃ na sarvadharmatathateti yojyam | ananyatathatānugameneti | ātmasvabhāvatathatānukareṇa tāṃ tathatāṃ sarvadharmavartinīmupagataḥ | tathatāsvabhāvatvena kathamanugama iti cet āha | na cātretyādi | saṃvṛtyaivaṃ vyapadeśaḥ kṛtaḥ | paramārthatastu naivātra māyopamatve kaścidbhāvaḥ kvacidanugatiṃ sadṛśatā prāptaḥ | traiyadhvikasarvadharmāṇāṃ tathatā traikālikī,tathāgatatathatā tu prakṛtiprabhāsvaratvenotpādavirahānna tathāvidhā | tatkathamanayorekatvamiti cedāha | yathā tathāgatatathatetyādi | tatrotpādapūrvakavināśābhāvānnātītā,bhaviṣyadutpādaviyogānnānāgatā,labdhasattākatvānupapatterna pratyutpannā | evaṃ sarvadharmatathateti | māyopamatvaprasādhakapramāṇasya sarvatra tulyatvāditi bhāvaḥ | bhavatu vā sāṃvṛtabhāvopādhibhedena tattathatāyāstraikāliko vyapadeśaḥ,tathāpi tathāgatasarvadharmatathatayorabheda evetyāha | tathāgatathatayāpītyādi | na kevalamātmatathatayā kintarhi tathāgatatathatayāpi | yasmāttathatāmanuprāptaḥ san subhūtistayaiva tathāgatatathatayā'tītāditathatāmanugataḥ,atītāditathatayā ca tathāgatatathatāmanugato bhavati,tasmānnāsti vimukternānākaraṇamiti bhāvaḥ | atītādipratyekasamudāyabhedena ca hārakacatuṣṭayamavagantavyam | upasaṃharannāha | iti hi subhūtitathatetyādi | bodhisattvatathāgatāvasthayoreva tāvadbhinnarūpatvāttathatāyāḥ kutaḥ sarvadharmābhinnasvabhāvatvamiti kasyacidāśaṅkāyāmāha | yaiva cetyādi | iyaṃ sā tathateti | sarvadaikasvabhāvatvādyukteyaṃ sā tathatā yayā sarvaprakārāgantukamalāpagamenābhisambodhāt | ya ekānekasvabhāvā na bhavanti,na teṣāṃ paramārthataḥ svabhāvo'sti | yathā māyādirūpasya na bhavanti caikānekasvabhāvāḥ svaparoditā bhāvā iti vyāpakānupalabdhyā | māyopamastathāgata ityarthaḥ | nāsiddho heturyasmātprekṣāvatāṃ pravṛtteḥ prayojanavattayā vyāptatvādarthakriyāyogyapadārthaviṣayo vicāro'nyathārthakriyārthināṃ puṃsāmasadarthapadārthavicāraiḥ kiṃ prayojanamityarthakriyākārī bhāvo'bhyupagantavyaḥ | sa cānyonyavyavacchedarūpatvājjñeyarūpo vā bhavejjñānarūpo veti vikalpaḥ | tatra yadyādyaḥ pakṣastadā parasparasaṃyuktasvabhāvo vā bhavet,bahubhirvā samānajātīyaiḥ paramāṇubhiḥ parasparasāmarthyavidhṛtairasamāśliṣṭasvarūpaiḥ sāntaraiḥ parivṛto yadvā nirantarairiti pakṣatrayam | tatra prathame pakṣe yadyekena sahaikadeśena saṃyogo'parasya tadā sāvayavatvaprasaṅgādekatvahāniraparāparasvabhāvairaṇvantarasamāśleṣāt | sarvātmanā saṃyogapakṣe'pi yadā pūrvo'ṇuraparāṇunā saha sarvātmanā saṃyujyate,tadā'paro'pi pūrveṇetyataḥ saṃyogasyobhayapadārthādhīnatvena parasparasvabhāvānupraveśānna kasyacidaṇorekasvabhāvatā | tathā hi pūrvāṇurapareṇa sarvātmanā saṃyujyata iti | svasvabhāvaṃ parityajya sarvathā'pararūpāpattestasya ca saṃyujyamānasyāsattvam | tathā'paro'pi pūrveṇa saṃyujyata iti svasvabhāvaṃ vihāya sarvathā pūrvarūpabhavanāttasya saṃyogāśrayasyāsattvam | tataścaikasyaikadā parasparaparihārasthitalakṣaṇavidhipratiṣedhāyogāt kathamekasvabhāvatā | dvitīye'pi parivārakapakṣe,yadi nāma samānajātīyaiḥ saṃsparśo neṣṭastathāpi chidrasyālokatamorūpatvādvijātīyairālokatamaḥ paramāṇubhirabhīṣṭa eva | na hyālokenāsamākrāntasya tamorahitatā tamasā vā'nāspadīkṛtasyālokarahitatvaṃ yuktimat | tayoranyonyavirahitadeśādimātrapratibaddhodayatvāttathā cānantaropavarṇito doṣaḥ samupanipatati | atha vijātīyairapi saṃsparśo nānumanyate,tadā yo'sau madhyavartī paramāṇuryenaikena svabhāvenaikaparamāṇvabhimukhāvasthitastenaivānyaparamāṇvabhimukho yadvā'nyeneti vikalpadvayam | tatra yadyādyaḥ pakṣastadā yadekarūpaparamāṇvabhimukhasvabhāvaṃ tadekadeśam | tadyathā tasyaiva paramāṇoḥ pūrvadigavasthitaparamāṇuḥ | ekaparamāṇvabhimukhasvabhāvāśca sarve parivārakāḥ paramāṇava iti svabhāvahetuḥ | tenaiva svabhāvenetyabhyupagamānnāsiddhatā sapakṣe sadbhāvānna viruddhatā | bhinnadeśāvasthāne tu nābhimataikaparamāṇvabhimukhasvabhāvā bhaveyustasya paramāṇoraparāparasvabhāvābhāvāt,asatā ca svabhāvenābhimukhyāyogāditi na cānaikāntikatāhetoḥ tataśca parivāryāvasthānābhāvena parivārakāṇāmaṇūnāmekadeśatāprasaṅgāttatvataḥ pracayābhāve tatsādhyārthakriyāvaikalyādeva tasya paramāṇornaikasvabhāvābhyupagamo yuktaḥ | dvitīye tu pakṣe'parāparasvabhāvairaparāparaparamāṇvabhimukhayogāt sphuṭa tara eva sāvayavatā prasaṅgādekatvaviraho'ṇūnāṃ svabhāvabhedalakṣaṇatvādvastubhedasya | tṛtīyastu nairantaryapakṣaḥ saṃyogapakṣamevānupatati tatparyāyatvāt na hyantarāladeśavirahiṇāṃ parasparasaṃśleṣaṃ muktā'nyā gatirasti | na ca śabdāntareṇābhidhīyamānaḥ sa evārtho'nyathā bhavatyatiprasaṅgāt | athāsaṃyuktaḥ eva paramāṇurbahubhistu dikśabdavācyaiḥ samīpetaradeśāvasthitaiḥ paramāṇubhiḥ parivṛta iti cenmatam | tadayuktam | na hyarvākparabhāgayorabhāve vacanamidamarthavattāyāṃ vyavatiṣṭhate | tadanyāpekṣayā'nyasya yadrūpamavadhāryate tadasattatra tattvena pārāvārādibhedavaditi nyāyānna bhūtārthena sāvayavatvamiti cet | na | pārāpārayorapi bahirarthavādināṃ vyapekṣābhedenāsāṅkaryāt pitāputrādivat tāttvikameva rūpamityabhyupagantavyam | yadapekṣayā hi tatpāraṃ na jātu tadapekṣayā tadapāramiti | anyathā pārāpārayorapāramārthikatve kathaṃ pārāvārābhidhānataṭasthitayorasāṅkaryeṇāvasthānam | tathā hi pārābhimatādanyatvameva vivakṣitasyāpārasyāpāratvamucyate | tasya ca kalpitatve tayoraikyaprasaṅgaḥ | tathā ca na tadāśritānāmasaṅkīrṇāvasthitiḥ syāt | na hi kalpanoparacito bhedo'rthakriyāṅgam | atha saṃvedanabalādviṣayasthiterananubhūyamānatvenārthasyātyantaparokṣatvātsamanantarapratyayabalena pratiniyatasya kāryasyodayātadvyatirekeṇa kalpayitumaśakyatvācca svataḥ siddharūpamevādvayajñānamekasvabhāvaṃ paramārthato grāhyagrāhakabhāvarahitamahetukatve nityaṃ sattvādiprasaṅgānnityatve'rthakriyādyanupapatteśca svahetupratibaddhodayamudayānantarāpavargi kevalamanādibhavabhāvi bhāvābhiniveśavāsanāparipākaprabhāvādākārāstatra pratibhāsanta iti jñānātmako bhāvo yogācārairabhyupagamyate | tatrāpi kiṃ tvākārāstāttvikā eva kiṃ vā pratibimbādivadavicāraikaramyā iti vikalpaḥ | yadyādyastadā bhāvikānekākārāvyatirekādākārasvarūpavadanekatvaṃ vijñānasyāsajyata ityekatā kutaḥ | atha sakṛdanubhūyamānatvena vijñānasyaikatvaṃ niścitam | tadaikajñānāvyatirekādākārāṇāmekatvaṃ vijñānasvarūpavaddurnivāram| bhavatvevamiti cet | naivam | tathā hi yadyeka ākāraścalanādiviśiṣṭaḥ pratibhāsate tadā pariśiṣṭā apyākārāḥ pūrvākārāvyatiricyamānamūrtisvabhāvatvāttathāvidhā eva syuriti vaicitryākārānubhavo virudhyate | ato nānātvamaikāntikamevākārāṇāmityekānekatvayoḥ parasparaviruddhadharmādhyāsayogāt pāramārthikamevākāravijñānayornānātvaṃ sthitamityabhyupagatādvayanayahāniḥ | atha sukhādivannīlādaya ākārā anubhavātmakā evetyekasya citratvānabhyupagamānna yathoktadūṣaṇaprasaṅga iti matvā samānajātīyānyapi vijñānāni bahūni vijātīyajñānavat sakṛdutpadyanta iti varṇyate | tadāyamanyo doṣaḥ | tathā hi yattanmadhyābhimataṃ vijñānaṃ parivṛtāṇuprakhyamiṣyate | tadyena svabhāvenaikasyābhimukhyaṃ pratipadyate kintenaivānyasyāpyathānyeneti vikalpaḥ | tenaiveti pakṣe parivāryāvasthānābhāvenāvaśiṣṭānāṃ na digantarāvasthitiryathārthā bhavedataśca pūrvāparādidigbhāgenānutpatternīlādimaṇḍalasaṃniveśapratibhāso na syāt | anyeneti tu pakṣe svabhāvabhedalakṣaṇatvādvastubhedasyetyekatā kuta iti paramāṇuvicārabhāvī doṣaḥ samāpatati | nanvamūrtatvājjñānānāṃ na deśakṛtaṃ paurvāparyamasti tatkathamaṇuvanmadhyavartitvaṃ jñānānāṃ bhavet | satyametat | ayamaparo'sya doṣo'stu yaddeśavitānapratibhāsināmākārāṇāṃ satyatvamicchatā jñānānāmadeśānāmapi satāṃ bahūnāṃ tathā deśavitānāsthānenotpādaḥ parikalpyate | anyathā hi yadyanekavijñānotpādakalpanāyāmapi tathā deśavitānotpādapratibhāso mithyā syāttadā'nekavijñānotpādakalpanā vyarthaiva syāt | na ca deśavitānāvasthitanīlādipratibhāsamantareṇānyannīlādyanubhūyate yatsatyaṃ bhavet | tasya cālīkatve kimanyat satyaṃ bhaviṣyatīti yat kiñcidetat | nanu tathāpyaṇavo mūrtā vijñānaṃ tvamūrtaṃ tatkathaṃ sa evātra doṣa iti cet | naiṣa doṣaḥ | tathā hi tadeva nīlādi nairantaryeṇa bhāsamānamekena paramāṇvātmakamupagamyate | apareṇa saṃvidrūpamiti nāmamātrameva kevalaṃ bhidyate,natu deśanairantaryāvasthānalakṣaṇasyārthasya bhedaḥ | na ca nāmamātrapravṛttidvārakṛtaṃ tulyadoṣatāpādanaṃ kriyate | api tu deśanairantaryāvasthānakṛtam | tacca nāmamātrabhede'pyastīti kathaṃ tulyadoṣatā na bhavet | athaivamapi jñānajñeyayorvaisādṛśyājjñeyagataṃ duṣaṇaṃ jñānenānumanyate | tadāpyucyate | yugapadanekajñānodaye ghaṭapadādiviṣayaḥ pratīyamāno vikalpaḥ kramabhāvī na syāt | na caitacchakyate vaktuṃ nirvikalpakajñānānyeva yugapaditi tadanubhavaniścayadvāreṇa vikalpānāmutpatteḥ | tataśca na hīmāḥ kalpanāḥ svayamasaṃviditarūpā utpadyanta iti sakṛdanubhavaniścayaprasaṅgāt kramabhāvī vikalpo'nubhūyamāno na syāditi pratyakṣavirodhaḥ | atha matam | ekameva vinajñamāgṛhītacitrarūpaṃ mecakamaṇipratibhāsavaditi tadasat | tathā hi yaccitraṃ tadekaṃ na bhavati | yathā nānāsantānavartinaḥ pratyayāḥ | citraṃ cedaṃ vijñānamiti viruddhopalabdhiḥ | citratvenopalambhānnāsiddho hetuḥ,sapakṣe bhāvānna viruddhaḥ | kathaṃ punaścitraikatvayorvirodho yena citratvamekatvamapanayediti cet | ucyate | na hi nānāsvabhāvavyatirekeṇānyaccitraśabdābhidheyamasti | nānaikatvayoranyonyasvarūpavyavacchedāntarīyakatvāt parasparaparihārasthitalakṣaṇo virodha iti siddho virodhaḥ | viruddhayorapyekasvabhāvatve sakalaṃ viśvamekaṃ dravyaṃ syāttataśca sahotpādavināśādiprasaṅgo durnivāraḥ | anyathā nāmamātrameva syādekamiti | na ca nāmni vivāda iti nānaikāntikatā ca hetoḥ | dṛṣṭānto mecakamaṇipratibhāsastāvat siddha ityapi na vaktavyam | tatrāpyekarūpatve nānārūpatayā'vyāptatvena nānārūpāvabhāsitvādyanupapattestulyaparyanuyogatvāt | atha syāt | pratibhāsamānasya nīlāderdeśakālāntarasthāt padārthānna bhedaḥ pratyakṣeṇa pratīyate dvayorapratibhāsanenaitasmādidaṃ bhinnamityagrahāt | nāpi samānakāladeśasthāt pratibhāsamānādasmādidaṃ bhinnamiti pratyayo'sti nirvikalpatayā pratyakṣeṇāgrahāt | tasmādgrāhāgrāhakayorgrāhyāṇāñca parasparaṃ bhedāgrahāccitrādvayamevaikarūpaṃ pratyakṣe pratibhāsata iti | tadapyetenaiva pratyuktam | ekasya citratvavirodhāt | athābhinnayogakṣematvāccitramapyekam | tadayuktam | anyonyavyāvṛttarūpatvenāsyaikatvavirodhāt | na cāsyānena bhinnayogakṣematvaṃ pratyakṣeṇāvagamyate,yugapat pratibhāsasyābhinayogakṣemarūpatve svarūpānyatvasyāpi pratibhāsanāt | kathanna bhedapratibhāso bhavet | yadi ca bhedasyāgrahādadvaitaṃ kalpyate tadā abhedasyāsmādidamabhinnamityevaṃ rūpasyāgrahāt dvaitaṃ kiṃ na kalpyate | atha bhedābhedavinirmuktaṃ vastumātraṃ gṛhyate | kathaṃ tarhi nīlādeścitrasya ca pratibhāsaḥ | citraścetpratibhāsa iṣyate sa eva loke bhedapratibhāsa ucyata iti kathaṃ bhedāpalāpaḥ atha matam | yadi satyarūpā evāmī syurākārāstadā sarvo'yaṃ virodhaḥ | yāvatā śuddhasphaṭikopalasaṃkāśameva tadvijñānamasaṃprāptanīlādyākārabhedaṃ tasminnevaṃ vidhe'pyanādikālikaviparyāsavāsanāparipākaprabhāvāt mṛcchakalādiṣu mantrādyupaplutalocanapuruṣapratibhāsāpannakarituragādīnāmivākārāṇāmavabhāsanamiti | paramārthata ekarūpasyaikajñānasyābhyupagame'līkatvānna virodho yato bhavatā doṣābhidhānenālīkatvamekatvamevākārāṇāṃ pratipādyate | taccāsmābhirabhyupagatamiti | tadasat | tathā hi yadati sphuṭamābālapratītanīlādyākārarūpamanubhūyate tadalīkamananubhūyamānaṃ tu sphuṭapratibhāsyākāravyatiriktamadvayaṃ jñānaṃ yattatsatyamiti kimataḥ paramiha subhāṣitamasti | kimityatiparisphuṭasaṃvedanānupapattirasattve'pi tattvata iti cet | ucyate | yadyatrāsaṃvidyamānarūpaṃ na tattatra saṃvedyate | yathā duḥkhe sukhādirūpamasaṃvidyamānāścākārā nīlādayo vijñāna iti vyāpakaviruddhopalabdhiḥ | alīkatvenākārāṇāṃ niścitatvānnāsiddhitā,sapakṣe bhāvānna viruddhatā | tatra yadi paramārthato'saṃvedanaprasaṅgaḥ sādhyate tadā siddhasādhanam | sāmānyena | tadā sādhyadharmaviparyaye sādhanadharmasya vācakapramāṇābhāvātkathaṃ sandigdhavipakṣavyāvṛttikatvaṃ hetorna bhavedityapi na vaktavyam | yataḥ sāmānyena naivātra sādhyate na cātrānaikāntikatā | tathā hi dvividhaṃ saṃvedanaṃ mukhyaṃ gauṇañca | tatra mukhyaṃ yadajaḍarūpam | sa ca jñānasyaivāsādhāraṇaḥ svātmabhūto dharmaḥ kathamasata ākārasya syāt | tathā hi yadajñānarūpaṃ na tasya mukhyaṃ saṃvedanamasti | yathākāśanalinasya | ajñānarūpāścāsattvenopagatānīlādaya ākārā iti vyāpakaviruddhopalabdhiḥ | gauṇamapi na sambhavati | yataḥ svākāranirbhāsajñānotpādanameva gauṇaṃ saṃvedanamucyate | taccāsataḥ sarvasāmarthyaśūnyasya turagaviṣāṇasyevāyuktaṃ | sarvasāmarthyavivekalakṣaṇatvādasattvasya | tathā hi yadasamarthaṃ na tasya gauṇaṃ saṃvedanaṃ yathā turagaviṣāṇasya | asamarthāścāsattvenābhimatā nīlādaya ākārā iti vyāpakaviruddhopalabdhiḥ | ākārāṇāmalīkatvānnāsiddho hetuḥ | sapakṣe bhāvānna viruddhaḥ | tadevaṃ mukhyopacaritābhyāmanyonyaparihārasthitalakṣaṇābhyāṃ saṃvedanasya vyāptatvāt,tasya ca vyāpakasya nivṛtteḥ saṃvedanasyāpi tadvyāptasya nivṛttireveti nāsattvādityasya hetoḥ saṃvedane'navakāśo nāstīti  nānaikāntikatvam | nanu marīcyādau jalādyākārasyāsato'pi saṃvedanādanaikāntikatvameveti cet | na | tatrāpi hi jalādyākāro yadi nāntarnāpi bahistadā tasyātyantāsataḥ kathaṃ saṃvedanaṃ syāditi tulya eva paryanuyogaḥ | pratibandhabalenānubhūyanta ityapi na vaktavyam | tathā hi na jñānasvabhāvatā,ākārāṇāṃ jñānavat sattvaprasaṅgāt | athākārasvabhāvatā jñānasyānumanyate tadākāravat jñānasyāsattvaprasaṅgaḥ | na ca jñānādākārāṇāmutpattirnīrūpasya janyarūpāsambhavāt | nāpyākārebhyo jñānasyākārāṇāmalīkatvenārthakriyāsāmarthyavirahāt | na ca tādātmyatadutpatibhyāmanyaḥ sambandho'sti | tataśca yasya yena saha pratibandho nāsti na tattasmin saṃvedyamāne niyamena saṃvedyate,yathā jñānātmani saṃvedyamāne bandhyāsutaḥ ṃāsti ca tādātmya tadutpattilakṣaṇo dvividho'pi pratibandho jñānena sahābhimatānāmākārāṇāmiti vyāpakānupalabdhiḥ | sambandhābhāvasya pratipāditatvānnāsiddhatā | sapakṣe bhāvānna viruddhatā | sarvasaṃvedanaprasaṅgānnānaikāntikatā ca hetoḥ | tataśca yo'yamākāro jñānasamānakālabhāvitvena bhavatā parikalpitastasyāhetukatve kathamapekṣā'bhāvāt kādācitkatvamityabhidhānīyamatra kāraṇam | yo'pi manyate'līkatve'pi yathā bhavatāṃ saṃvṛtyā jñānajñeyayoḥ pratibhāsanaṃ tadopalabdhilakṣaṇāprāptatvenānākārameva jñānaṃ sadā sarvaprāṇabhṛdbhiḥ saṃvedyata iti prāptam | syādetat | saṃvedyata eva kintvanubhūyamānākāropajanitavibhramabalenānupalabdhilakṣaṇaprāptatvādarvāgdṛśāmato'nubhūtaniścitopalambhavaikalyānna tasyopalambho'sti kṣaṇaikatvavaditi tadasat | tathā hi yadyantarbahirvākārāḥ sambhaveyustadā teṣāṃ saṃvedanopajanitavibhramabalena saṃvidyamānamapi jñānaṃ na niścinvantīti syāt | yadā tu nāntarna bahiste santi tadā kasyānubhavena vipralabhyeran yena saṃvedayanto'pyadvayaṃ na viniścinvantīti syāt | atha matam | bhrānterayameva svabhāvo yadalīkākārasandarśanam | tenā'sato'pyākārasya bhrāntivaśāt saṃvedanaṃ bhaviṣyatīti tadapyasamyak | tathā hi bhrāntiśabdena vibhramotpattivāsanāhetubhūtajñānāvasthā vā'bhidhīyeta,yadvā tathāvidhavāsanāprabhavaṃ bhrāntameva jñānaṃ kāryarūpam | tatrādye pakṣe tatra hetāvākārāṇāmapratibaddhatvāttadbalātteṣāṃ saṃvedanamayuktamatiprasaṅgāt | na cāpi tadutpattilakṣaṇaḥ pratibandho'styeveti yuktaṃ pūrvavatparatantratvaprasaṅgāt | athāpi dvitīyaḥ pakṣastatrāpi pratibandho bhavannākārāṇāṃ tādātmyalakṣaṇo bhavenna tadutpattilakṣaṇaḥ tatsamānakālamanubhūyamānatvāt | samānakālayośca hetuphalatvāyogāt | tataśca bhrāntivattadavyatirekātparatanratvaprasaṅgo durnivāra iti yatkiñcidetat | syādetat | bhrāntagrāhyagrāhakākārābhāvāt suptādyavasthāyāṃ svasaṃvittirekarūpā satyā bhaviṣyatīti | tadasat | manovijñānasya dharmadhātvālambanatve'pi kevalacaitasikadharmāgrahaṇātkalāpaparicchedena citrarūpatvāt | atha grāhyagrāhakabhāvarahita eva sasamprayogavijñānaskandhasya svabhāvo niścitaḥ | tathāpi citratāmevābhidhāvati | tathā hi bhrāntivāsanā vidyata iti bhavatā'bhyupagamyate | atha neti vikalpadvayam | yadyādyastadā vitathākārābhiniveśavāsanaivāvidyā sā ca vāsanā śaktirucyate | śaktiśca kāraṇajñānātmabhūtaiveti | tena pūrvapūrvasmāt kāraṇabhūtādavidyātmano jñānāduttarottarasya kāryasya vitathākārābhiniveśina utpatteravidyāvaśāttathākhyātiyukteti balāccitratvamāyātam | na ca samanantarapratyayānniyama iti vaktavyam | yato yathoktameva jñānaṃ samanantarapratyaya iti yatkiñcidetat | atha tatra vāsanātmikāḥ śaktayo bhinnā iti cet | na | bhāvikānekaśaktyavyatirekāt śaktisvarūpavadyugapadanekatvaṃ vijñānasyāsajyate | tatra cokto doṣaḥ | tathaikajñānāvyatirekādvā śaktīnāmekatvaṃ vijñānasvarūpaṃ durnivāramiti kathaṃ samanantarapratyayabhedaḥ | atha neti dvitīyaḥ pakṣo matastadā muktāḥ syurayatnena sarvadehina ityādiprasaṅgo'nivāryaḥ | atha sarvameva pṛthagjanasya jñānamanāpannanīlādyākāroparāgaṃ pravartate tatraikatvahāniprasaṅgo na bhaviṣyati | acitrarūpatvāt nīlādisaṃvedanarūpatāttayā tasya vyavasthāpyate sā tatsaṃvedanarūpatvānna tu nīlādirūpāpatteḥ | tathā hyālambanagrahaṇaprakāra evākāro na tu tādrūpyam | yattu nīlādi bahiriva pratibhāsamānamālakṣyate tanna jñānākāratayā,api tu jñānaṃ nīlādisaṃvedanamanubhavan pratipattā mohāttathā bahīrūpeṇa nīlādikamadhyavasyatīti | etadapi mithyā | tathā hi yadi nīlādinā sahagatasya kaścit pratibandho nāsti tadā kathaṃ nīlādisaṃvedanaṃ syāt | nahi tādrūpyavyatirekeṇānyo nirīhasya jñānasyālambanagrahaṇaprakāro'sti yena tādrūpyavyatirekeṇākāro vyavasthāpyate,atiprasaṅgāt | api tu tādrūpyotpattyaiva jñānasya savyāpāratā pratīyate sa eva tasyālambanagrahaṇaprakāra ucyate | tatra śuddhāvasthāyāṃ tat satyarūpaṃ kuto jātamiti vaktavyam | na cālīkātsatyarūpasyotpattiryuktā,tasyāsamarthatvāt | sāmarthye vā tadalīkaṃ kathaṃ bhavet | tathāvidhasyāpyalīkatve'nyasyāpi satyatvaṃ kathaṃ bhavet | ato nirhetukameva tatsyāt | taccāyuktaṃ nityaṃ sattvādiprasaṅgāt | bhrāntivigamādityapi na vaktavyam | yadi hi viśuddhāvasthāyāṃ sarveṣāmākārāṇāṃ nivṛttiḥ sambhavettadā saṃbhāvyate evaitat | yāvatā bhrāntinivṛttāvapi nākāraṇāṃ nivṛttiḥ sambhavati,tatra teṣāṃ yathoktanyāyena pratibandhābhāvāt | na cāpratibandhe satyekanivṛttāvaparasya niyamena nivṛttirgavāśvādivadatiprasaṅgāt | athāpi syātkasyacinnisargasiddhamevādvayajñānaṃ prapañcāpagatamekaṃ bhaviṣyatīti tadayuktam | nisargasiddhatve hi pratiniyatāśrayaparigraheṇānāyattatvānna tathāvidhā sattā kasyacidviramet | tataśca pratītyādivirodho bhavet | syādetat | sa tādṛśo hetudharmo yena pūrvapūrvapratipakṣakṣaṇabalenotpādāt pratiniyatakāraṇāyattasvabhāvatayā kasyacideva bhaviṣyatīti | tadetannitarāmeva na rājate | yathoditavidhibhiḥ sarvasya nīrupatā'pādanena paramārthataḥ kāryakāraṇabhāvasyānupapatteriti yatkiṃcidetat | ato yadā vicāryamāṇo bhāvānāṃ na kaścidaṃśarūpo'pi svabhāva eko bhāgarahitatayā siddhastadānekaḥ kathaṃ setsyati tatsamudayātmakatvādanekatvasyeti,nāsiddho hetuḥ | nanu na sarvasya pratibhāsamānasyaikānekasvabhāvarahitatvena niḥsvabhāvatvaṃ pratyakṣato'vabhāsate bhāvaviṣayatvādasya nāpyanumānato vyāptergrāhakasya pratyakṣasyābhāvāt | anumānena ca grahaṇe'navasthānādapratipatteḥ kathaṃ siddho heturiti cet | na | tathā hi samuditānumānavidhibhirniḥsvabhāvatvamekānekasvabhāvarahitatvena vyāptamiti pratipāditam | teṣāñca madhye kasyacidanumānasya pratyakṣeṇa vyāptiḥ,kasyacit pratyakṣagṛhītavyāptikenānumānena gṛhyata iti yathāsvaṃ pramāṇena niścitapakṣadharmagrahaṇātkuto'navasthā | sapakṣe bhāvānna viruddhaḥ | tathā hi yadi yathoktahetuḥ sādhyaviparyayasādhanātpāramārthikasvabhāve vartate,tadā tādātmyatadutpattibhyāṃ tatra pratibaddho'nyatra vicāravimardāsahiṣṇutvena tāttvikarūpavirahiṇi māyādirūpe kathaṃ vartitumutsaheta | bhāvadharmatvahāniprasaṅgāditi kathaṃ prasiddhadṛṣṭāntaṃ prati viruddhatā hetoḥ | atha matam | māṃ prati dṛṣṭānta evobhayadharmānugato na siddho vijñānarūpeṇa māyādīnāṃ vastusattvenābhyupagamādato'naikāntikatā hetoriti | tadasat | tathā hi vijñānānāṃ sarveṣāmeva vastutvenābhimatānāṃ yathoditānumānavidhibhirnaiḥsvābhāvyaṃ pratipāditam | tato na svecchābalena vastūnāṃ tathā bhāvo lakṣyate,yena pramāṇabādhitasyāpi māyādervijñānarūpeṇa siddhatvādasiddho dṛṣṭāntaḥ syāditi na kiñcidetat | syādetat | pakṣasapakṣayoḥ sattve siddhe'pi kathaṃ vipakṣādvyāvṛttirniścīyate hetoryena sandhigdhavyatirekadoṣaduṣṭatā na bhavatīti | ucyate | yadrūpavyavacchedanāntarīyakaparicchedaṃ hi yattattatparihārasthitalakṣaṇam | tadyathā bhāvo'bhāvavyavacchedanāntarīyakaparicchedaḥ | paraspararūpavyavacchedanāntarīyakaparicchedecaikatvānekatve tasmātparasparaparihārasthitalakṣaṇe iti | yau ca parasparaparihārasthitalakṣaṇau tāvekavidhānasyāparapratiṣedhanāntarīyakatvādrāśyantarābhāvaṃ gamayataḥ | tadyathā bhāvābhāvau | ta anyonyaparihārasthitalakṣaṇe caikatvānekatve tasmādrāśyantarābhāvādekatvānekatvābhyāṃ svabhāvaḥ kroḍīkṛta iti sādhyaviparyaye hetorastyeva vyatireka iti kuto yathoktadoṣāvakāśaḥ | nanu cātra pratijñārthaikadeśatvādasiddho heturyasmādekānekayoḥ svabhāvaprabhedarūpatvāt,tadviparyayayorapi sādhyasādhanayorabheda eva | tataśca yadi sādhyamasiddhaṃ heturapi tadabhinnasvabhāvatvādasiddhaḥ | atha hetuḥ siddhastadā niḥbhāvatvamapi bhāvānāṃ siddham | na hyekānekatvavirahiṇi śaśaviṣāṇādau kaścidbhāvasvabhāvarūpatāmabhyupaitīti cet | tadasat | tathā hi hetustāvadyathā siddhastathā vistareṇa pratipāditam | tasmin siddhe'pi yadi nāma vidhirūpatayā sādhyate naiḥsvābhāvyaṃ,tathāpi vastvabhiniveśasya dustyajatayā tattvataḥ samastavastuvyāpinaiḥsvābhāvye niścayādyanutpādanādvyāmūḍhaṃ prati sarvabhāvānāṃ niḥsvabhāvatāvyavahārayogyatāprasādhanānna pratijñārthaikadeśatā hetoryathopalabdhilakṣaṇaprāptānupalambhena nāstitvasyetyacodyam | atha mūḍhaṃ prati naiḥsvābhāvyameva tāvatsādhayitavyaṃ vyavahārārthamityabhiniviśyate | tatrāpyucyate | yadā tvekānekatvayoḥ svabhāvavyāpakayornivṛtyā vṛkṣanivṛttyā śiṃśapānivṛttivadbhāvikī svabhāvanivṛttiḥ sādhyate | tadā kutaḥ pratijñārthaikadeśatā hetoḥ | na hi vyāpyavyāpakanivṛttivacanayorbhinnavyavacchedarūpayoḥ paryāyatvaṃ,na cāparyāyarūpasya pratijñārthaikadeśatvamiti yatkiñcidetat | nanu paramārthata iti viśeṣaṇamanarthakam | tathā hyavisaṃvādako nyāyaḥ paramārtha iti paramārthaśabdena trirūpaliṅgajanitā buddhirabhidhīyate | tadā tasyā api saṃvṛtirūpatvāt kathaṃ paramārthatvam | yadi ca tadvaśādbhāvānāṃ niḥsvabhāvatvaṃ vyavasthāpyate,tadā tasyāśca buddheḥ kuto'vasthāpanīyam | na tata eva sthāpayituṃ yuktaṃ,svātmani vṛttivirodhāt | nāpi pramāṇāntarato'navasthāprasaṅgāt | atha tāmekāṃ buddhiṃ muktā vyavasthāpyate | na tarhi sarvaviṣayanairātmyaṃ pratipāditaṃ bhavatīti | sādhvetat kintu sakalaprapañcaparivarjitaparamārthasyānukūlatvādyathoktabuddheḥ paramārthatvaṃ niḥsvabhāvatāpi ca tata eva,na ca svātmani vṛttivirodhaḥ,sāmānyarūpeṇa sarvadharmāṇāṃ niḥsvabhāvatāvyavasthāpanāt | tatra ca sāmānyalakṣaṇe tadbuddhisvarūpasyāntargatatvādyathā sarvadharmeṣu sattvādibhyo hetubhyo vināśitvapratyayo bhavannātmānaṃ virahaya bhavatītyacodyam | nanu samāropitatāttvikotpattyādyākārarahitatayā'vicāraikamanoharo bhāvasvabhāva eva niḥsvabhāvatāśabdenocyate | tasya ca bhāvasvabhāvasya pratyakṣatvāttatsvabhāvabhūtā'pi niḥsvabhāvatā pratyakṣaiva ghaṭaviviktabhūtala ivopalabdhe tadātmabhūto ghaṭavivekaḥ | anyathā bhinnayogakṣema tvādavyatirekatā'vahīyate | tataśca bhāvo niḥsvabhāvo na syādasambandhānniḥsvabhāvatāyāḥ | na ca tadutpattilakṣaṇaḥ sambandho'vastutvenākāryatvāttasyāḥ,tasmādvālaiḥ sā na pratyakṣato'vasīyata iti pratyakṣabādhā | tathopalabdhilakṣaṇaprāptānupalabdhyā ghaṭavadabhāvavyavahārayogyatvānnāstyeva niḥsvabhāvatetyanumānabādhā | śaśinyacandratvavadāgopālajanasya niḥsvabhāvatāpratītivaikalyātpratītibādhāpi durnivāraiveiti cet | tadasat | tathā hi samāropitākāraviviktatā bhāvānāṃ niḥsvabhāvatocyate | sā ca bhāvasvabhāvagrahaṇena gṛhītā'pi kṣaṇikatvavadbhrāntyā samāropitatattvotpattyādyākāratiraskṛtarūpatvānna bālairniścīyate | ato niścayānupapatteḥ pratyakṣatāyā abhāvānna pratyakṣabādhā | tathā gṛhītā'pi vyavahārāyogyādagṛhītakalpaiveti nopalabdhilakṣaṇaprāptatvamasyāḥ,tato nānumānabādhā | paramārthata iti viśeṣaṇācca bhāvapratīteranapahnavena pratītibādhā nāstyeveti yatkiñcidetat | nirbījabhrānterayogāt kathaṃ tayā samāropita ākāra ityapi na vaktavyam | yataḥ satyena sahālīkāyāḥ bhrānteḥ kaḥ sambandhaḥ | na tāvat tatsvabhāvatā satyālīkayorvirodhāt,nāpi tadutpattiralīkasyākāryatvāt | ataḥ sāṃvṛtameva kāraṇaṃ pūrvamupādānamasyā na virudhyate | tasyāpi kāraṇasyāparaṃ sāṃvṛtameva pūrvaṃ kāraṇam | evaṃvidhahetuparamparāyāścānāditvānna kadācinnirupādānā bhrāntiḥ | kathaṃ pratiniyama iti cet | ucyate | tāttvikabhāvasvarūpavat sāṃvṛtasyāpyayameva svabhāvo'parasāṃvṛtakāraṇādhīno yatpratiniyatasāṃvṛtakāryakāraṇaṃ nāma | kathaṃ tarhi sāṃvṛttamiti cet | arthakriyāsamarthameva hi vastuvicāravimardākṣamatvāt sāṃvṛtamityucyate | tathā hi tathyātathyābhyāṃ sarva eva rāśirvyāptastayoranyonyaparihārasthitalakṣaṇatvāt | tathyarūpatāyāñca niṣiddhāyāṃ sāmarthyāditaratrāvasthānameṣāmāpatitam | ataḥ svayamevedaṃ rūpaṃ sarvabhāvaiḥ svīkṛtamityadoṣaḥ | nanu hetumantareṇeṣṭārthāsiddheḥ sarvadharmanaiḥsvābhāvyaprasādhanāya hetoḥ parigrahaṃ kurvatā tasya sattābhyupagatā sarvadharmanaiḥsvābhāvyapratijñayā cāsatteti parasparavirodhāt svamātṛvandhyātvapratijñāvat svavacanavirodhaḥ | yato na hetostata eva niḥsvabhāvatā sidhyati,svātmani kāritravirodhāt | nāpyanyato'navasthāprasaṅgāditi cet | na | niḥsvabhāvatā'pi ca tata evetyādinoktottaratvāt | evaṃ niḥsvabhāvatve'pi saṃvṛtyā karmaphalasambandhavyavasthāpanenāgamavirodhasyābhāvāttadvirodho'pi nodbhāvanīyaḥ | atha matam | niḥsvabhāvavādinaḥ sarvārthābhāvādāśrayāsiddhatādayo doṣā durnivārā iti | tadasat | tathā hi sarva evānumānānumeyavyavahāraḥ parasparaparāhatasiddhāntāhitadharmabhedaparityāgenābālajanapratītaṃ dharmiṇamāśritya pravartate | tatpratibaddho hetuḥ siddhastathā dṛṣṭānto'pi | anyathā yadi siddhāntāśrito heturdharmo dṛṣṭānto vā syāt,tadaikasiddhāntaprasiddhaviśeṣaṇaviśiṣṭo dharmī vivādāspadībhūtatvādaparasyāsiddha iti viśiṣṭadharmiṇo'siddherāśrayāsiddho hetuḥ syāt | tathā svarūpāsiddhau dṛṣṭāntadharmiṇaścāsiddhiriti sarvathaiva dhūmasattvādibhyo dahanānityatādipratītivaikalyātsādhyasādhanavyavahārocchedaḥ syāt | avijñānādirūpaparāvṛttajñānamātrādeḥ kasyacit siddhatvāditi yatkiñcidetat | syādetat | yo hi pratibhāsamānaṃ dharmiṇamāśritya samāropitākāraniṣedhanāya sādhanaṃ prayuṃkte,tasyāśrayāsiddhatādayo doṣā nāvataranti | tvayā tu pratibhāsamāna eva dharmī niṣidhyate | tatkathamāśrayāsiddhatādayaste nāvatarantīti | naivaṃ tathā hi paramārthata iti viśeṣaṇāt,pratibhāsamāne dharmiṇi samāropitabhāvikasvabhāvaniṣedhaḥ sādhyate na tu dharmasvarūpaniṣedha iti samānam | atha matam | pāramārthikaścet svabhāvo niṣiddhaḥ kimaparamavaśiṣyate,tasya dharmiṇo rūpaṃ yat pratibhāseteti | tadapyasat | nahi pāramārthikasvabhāvatvena pratibhāso vyāpto yena tannivṛttau nivarteta | alīkasyāpi dvicandrakeśoṇḍukāderbhāsanāt | na caitacchakyate vaktuṃ yadyapi dvicandrādayo bahīrūpatayā'līkā jñānarūpatayā tu te pāramārthikā eveti pratibhāsanaṃ yuktamiti citrarūpatayā deśasthatayā ca teṣāṃ pratibhāsanāt | nahi jñānamekaṃ citraṃ yuktamekatvahāniprasaṅgāt | anekajñānotpatteśca pūrvaniṣiddhatvāt nāpi deśasthamamūrtatvāt | tasmānna dvicandrādayaḥ pāramārthikāḥ tathā ca pratibhāsanta iti pāramārthikasvabhāvanivṛtau pratibhāsanatā virudhyata iti tāttviko bhāvābhyupagamo na kāryaḥ | nāpyabhāvābhyupagamo bhāvanivṛttilakṣaṇatvāttasya,bhāvāsiddhau nirviṣayasya naño'prayogeṇāsati niṣedhye niṣedhasyāpravartanāt,tatpūrvakasya tasyāpyasiddheraikāntikabhāvābhāvapakṣabhāvino doṣā nāsmānupālīyante | tataścānyonyavyavascchedarūpatvādekapratiṣedhanāntarīyakamaparavidhānaṃ balādāpatitamiti yaducyate tadasaṅgataṃ,tattvato bhāvarūpasya vyavacchedyasyābhāvāt | evañca bhāvābhāvasvarūpābhāve sākṣāt pāramparyeṇa vā jñānajñeyayorapratibaddhavṛttitvānna tadviṣayo vikalpaḥ sarvathā tāttvika iti siddham | na ca mantavyamanādivāsanodbhūto bhāvābhāvasvarūpābhāve'pi tadviṣayo vikalpaḥ śaśaviṣāṇādivikalpavadupajāyata iti | tathā hi yadi nāma bāhye vastuni na pratibaddhastathā'pi pūrvake jñāne tadavyatiriktavāsanāprabodhenotpādanāttadutpattilakṣaṇaḥ pratibandho'syātsyeva tathā samānakālabhāvini vijñāne tadavyatiriktatvena tādātmyalakṣaṇa iti vikalpārūḍhapratibimbasya kenacit prakāreṇa vidhipratiṣedhābhyāṃ vyavahāraḥ | yato yathoditavidhinā vāsanāprabhavajñānābhāvena tatpratibimbavirahādvikalpānutpatteḥ kuto bhāvābhāvasvarūpābhāve vikalpa iti vaktavyam | etena yadeke varṇayanti prekṣāvataḥ pramāṇopapanne'rthe satyatvenābhiniveśo'nyatrālīkatvena yukto'nyathā prekṣāvattvahāniprasaṅgādataḥ satyālīkatvābhiniveśasya dustyajatayā kathaṃ sarvaviparyāsaprahāṇamiti | tadapi pratyuktam | abhiniveśasya jñānādavyatibhinnamūrtitvāttadabhāve kathamabhiniveśasya yuktarūpateti | tadevaṃ bhāvābhāvavikalpābhyāṃ sarvavikalpasya vyāptatvādvyāpakābhāve vyāpyasyāsambhavāttattvato bhāvābhāvaparāmarśarahitānavicāraramaṇīyānantabahiḥsāravirahiṇaḥ kadalīskandhanibhān sarvabhāvānevaṃ sarvākārajñatādṛṣṭābhisamayakrameṇa prajñācakṣuṣā nirūpayato bhāvanābalaniṣpattau keṣāñcinmaṇirūpādijñānavadutsāritasakalabhrāntinimitta eva svataḥ pramāṇabhūto yathābhūtārthagrāhitvānmāyopamādvayajñānātmasaṃvedano viśuddhasāṃvṛtakāraṇanirjātaḥ sarvaviparyāsaprahāṇādurukaruṇāprajñāsvabhāvaḥ sāṃvṛto jñānālokaḥ samupajāyate,pratītyasamutpādadharmatayā yathā na punaḥ kalpanābījaṃ prādurbhavati | evañca yaducyate kaiścidvidyayā'vidyākṣayo,vidyā ca yathārthajñānaṃ tāthāgatamapi yadi jñānaṃ bhavatāṃ sāṃvṛtaṃ tasmādavidyārūpatvādvidyāyāḥ samutpādābhāve kathamavidyāvinivṛttiryāvaccāvidyā na prahīṇā tāvatkathaṃ muktiriti | tadasaṅgatam | tathā hi nityatvādisamāropitadharmapratītiravidyā | tadviparītapramāṇābādhitadharmapratītistu vidyeti | viparyāsāviparyāsanibandhanaṃ tayorvyavasthānamatipratītamataḥ sāṃvṛtatve'pi viruddhadharmodayādyathābhūtapadārthāvagamena viparyāsanivṛttau kutastannibandhanamavidyātvaṃ yena tadaprahāṇānmuktirasaṅgateti yatkiñcidetat | tadevaṃ kasyacitpāramārthikasya bhāvasya prajñācakṣuṣā'darśanameva paramaṃ tattvadarśanamabhipretaṃ na tu nimīlitākṣajātyandhādīnāmiva pratyayavaikalyādamanasikārato vā yaddarśanam | tato bhāvādiviparyāsavāsanāprahāṇābhāvādasaṃjñisamāpattyādivyutthitasyeva bhāvādiviparyāsavāsanāprabhavakleśajñeyāvaraṇasyotpatteramukta eva yogī bhavet | yasmācca yathoktameva tattvajñānaṃ muktyāvāhakaṃ nānyathātiprasaṅgādataḥ prāguktameva paramatattvadarśanaṃ grāhyaṃ,tena sarvadoṣavirodhinairātmyadarśane pratyakṣīkṛte sati tadviruddhatvāt kleśāvaraṇaṃ jñeyāvaraṇañca prahīyate | ataḥ pratibandhābhāvādravikiraṇavadapagatameghādyāvaraṇe nabhasi sarvatra pratītyasamutpanne vastuni tattvotpattyādikalpanārahite'vyāhato yogipratyakṣojñānālokaḥ pravartate | tathāhi vastusvabhāvaprakāśarūpaṃ vijñānam | tacca sannihitamapi vastu pratibandhasadbhāvānna prakāśayet | pratibandhābhāve satyacintyaśaktiviśeṣalābhāt kimiti sakalameva vastu na prakāśayet | ataḥ saṃvṛtiparamārtharūpeṇa sakalasya vastuno yathāvatparijñānātsarvākārajñatvamavāpyate | ato'yameva sarvāvaraṇaprahāṇe sarvākārajñatvādhigame ca paramaḥ panthāḥ,viśeṣastvayaṃ yogināṃ pṛthagjanebhyaḥ | te hi māyākārā iva māyāṃ yathāvatprasiddhamātrā'satyatāparijñānānna bhāvān satyato'bhiniviśante | tena te yogina ityucyante | ye tu tāṃ māyāṃ bālaprekṣakajanavatsatyatvenābhiniviṣṭāstadvadbhāvamapi te viparītābhiniveśādbālā ucyanta iti sarvamaviruddham | tataśca yuktyāgamābhyāṃ parividitamāyopamādvayacittāstattvātattvāvabodhābhyudyatamatayo'dvayaṃ māyopamaṃ cittaṃ tathyasaṃvṛtirūpameva śrutacintāmayena jñānena vyavasthāpya pratītyasamutpādadharmatayā sarvākārajñatādyaṣṭābhisamayakrameṇa sādaranirantaradīrghakālaviśeṣabhāvanayā bhāvayantaḥ saṃhṛtasakalavikalpamābhavamanubaddhaṃ māyopamādvayavijñānamātraprabandhamāsādayanti yogīśāḥ | sa eva mukhyaḥ pratipakṣaḥ | prathamaṃ tu māyopamamiti sābhijalpaṃ vijñānaṃ vyavasthāpakaṃ tadanuguṇaṃ na tu mukhyapratipakṣabhūtam | tathā hi bāhyārthanaye pudgalanairātmyādibhāvanāpi na vasturūpañcetasyavasthāpya kriyate | vastuno nirvikalpajñānasamadhigamyatvāttasya cādāvasambhavāt | bhāve bhāvanāvaiyarthyaprāpteḥ tasmāttatrāpyayaṃ paro nāmamātrānusyūtavikalpapratibimbe tattvāvabodhānukūlyabhāji vastvadhyavasāyo santuṣyati | tadatra nāmākārābhyāsāt kathaṃ jalpo na vivardhito bhavati | stimitāntarātmanaḥ krameṇa vikalpasaṃhāra iti cet | tadetaditaratrāpi samānamityalamatiprasaṅgena | tadevaṃ sarvākāraramaṇīyatathatānirdeśasya māhātmyakhyāpanāya na dharmatābalānnimittamutpannamityāha | asyāṃ khalu punarityādi | ṣaḍvikāramaṣṭādaśamahānimittamiti kriyāviśeṣaṇatvādekavacanam | tatra ca dvau vikārau bhājanaloke,abhisaṃskṛtāmanabhisaṃskṛtāṃ ca pṛthivīmadhikṛtya yathāsaṃkhyaṃ calanamunnamanañca | sattvaloke caturvidhasattvanikāyamakuśalinaṃ nānādevatādhimuktaṃ māninaṃ vidyāvantañcādhikṛtya yathākramamavanamanamūrdhvagamanamadhogamanaṃ ghoṣonnadanaṃ ca | aṣṭādaśamahānimittāni punareṣāmeva ṣaṇāṃ vikārāṇāṃ mṛdumadhyādhimātrakriyābhedenākampat yāvat saṃprāgarjadityarthanirdeśādbhavanti | athavā madhyādunnamatyante'vanamatītyekaḥ | ayameva ca viparyayeṇa dvitīyaḥ | tathā hi pūrvā digunnamatyaparā digavanamatīti tṛtīyaḥ | ayameva viparyayāccaturthaḥ | tathā dakṣiṇā digunnamatyuttarā digavanamatīti pañcamaḥ | ayameva viparyayeṇa ṣaṣṭha iti ṣaḍvikārā bhavanti | aṣṭādaśamahānimittāni punastathaivāvagantavyāni | upasaṃharannāha | evaṃ hītyādi | tathāgatamanujāta iti | evaṃ sarvajñatākārānujātatvenānujātaḥ | ajātisvabhāvaṃ kathayannāha | punaraparaṃ subhūtiḥ sthaviro na rūpamityādi gambhīracaryeyamityādi | sarvākārajñatākārasvabhāvānupalambhāttathatā gambhīracaryā | sādhūktatvenānuvadannāha | evametadityādi | bhagavatāṃ na viphalā dharmadeśanetyāha | asminnityādi | pūrvaparikarmakṛtairiti | sambhārabhūmyādau samupārjitapuṇyajñānasambhāraiḥ pūrvaparikarmabhiḥ kṛtā niṣpāditā ye tairmāyopamadharmabhāvanāyāṃ kṣāntiradhimuktiḥ pratilabdhetyeke | sarvatragadharmadhātuprativedhādanutpattikadharmakṣāntiradhigatetyapare | kena kāraṇena mahāyānapravṛttānāṃ hīnayānāvakāśo bhavatītyāha | ko bhagavan heturityādi | tatra heturūpādānakāraṇaṃ pratyayaḥ sahakārikāraṇaṃ,prajñopāyakauśalyavaikalyaṃ kāraṇamityāha | etaiḥ śāriputretyādi | upacaryārthamāha kiñcāpītyādi | spaṣṭārthañca dṛṣṭāntamāha | tadyathāpītyādinā | pakṣiṇaḥ śakuneriti pakṣau dvāvasyeti pakṣī naro'pi mitrāripakṣasadbhāvātpakṣī syāditi śakunigrahaṇam | śivādirapi śakuniḥ syāditi pakṣītivacanam | no hīdamityādivacanaṃ niryuktikameveti | tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | gurudravyasyordhvapradeśāt pāte vastudharmatvena niyamāt | kṣatatvādikamāha | evaṃ hyetadityādi | dārṣṭāntikārthamāha | evametadityādi | patatīti | dānādiprayuktasyāpi prajñāpāramitopāyakauśalaprayogamantareṇa śrāvakādibhūmau pāto bhavati,anena ca tadubhayaprayogasya niryāṇe prādhānyamāveditam | yathānirdiṣṭaṃ ṣoḍaśaprakārameva svabhāvalakṣaṇaṃ grāhyam | tathā yathoktaprayogaparijñānaṃ mokṣabhāgīyakuśalamūlavat eveti | mokṣabhāgīyaṃ vaktumāha | punaraparaṃ śāriputra bodhisattva ityādi | tatrābhimukhīkaraṇātsamanvāharati | niścayaprabhāvenāvadhārayati | nimittayogeneti | ekāntābhiniveśayogena  | laukikalokottarajñānābhyāmanavagamanānna jānāti,na paśyatīti yojyaṃ pariṇāmayitumicchattīti | śūnyataivānuttarā samyaksaṃbodhiriti | pariṇāmanātpūrvavattatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | evaṃ hītyādi | mokṣabhāgīyanirdeśādhikārādvyatirekanirdeśenedamuktaṃ syāt | animittālambanajñānākāreṇa dānādisarvabuddhadharmāṇāṃ svasantāne prādurbhāvāt samudāgame kartavye yat kauśalaṃ prajñāpāramitopāyalakṣaṇaṃ,tadasmin sarvākārābhisambodhe mokṣabhāgīyamiṣṭam | mokṣo'tra visaṃyogaviśeṣastadbhāgahitatvānmokṣabhāgīyaṃ prathamataḥ sarvākārābhisambodhātmake śāsane'vatārahetubhūtaṃ śrutacintāmayamataḥ prajñopāyakauśalavirahādbhūmidvaye pāta iti | tathā coktam |

kauśalamevaṃ spaṣṭayannāha | yathāhamityādi | bhāṣitasyeti sthāsyatyayaṃ śrāvādibhūmāvityasya yathāhamarthamājānāmi,tathā bahupuṇyasambhārādinā mahābodhyadhigame saṃśayo bhavati | kathaṃ tarhi prāpyata ityāha | tasmāttarhītyādi | prajñāpāramitā bhāvayitavyā | upāyakauśalena ca bhavitavyamiti | tatra prajñāpāramitā sarvākārairnikhiladharmaparijñānam | upāyo buddhādiviṣaye śraddhā | dānādau vīryam | kalyāṇakāmatādeḥ smaraṇam | karmakartṛkriyā'nupalambhaśca samādhiḥ | tadevamindriyārthābhāvādanindriyasvabhāvaśraddhāvīryasamādhiprajñāsvabhāvaṃ pañcaprakāraṃ mokṣabhāgīyaṃ kuśalamūlamupārjanīyamityuktaṃ bhavet | tathā coktam |

bodhisattvāstitvam | tataścāyaṃ śrāvakayānika ityādi,kasmāttavaivambhavatyapi tu naivañcittamutpādayitavyamiti yāvat | codyaparaṃparayā prasaṅgāgatamevārthaṃ mokṣabhāgīyaliṅgatve yojayannāha | evameteṣāmityādi | pravibhāvyamānānāmiti nirūpyamāṇānām | tatrāviśeṣatā trividhabodhisattvasya bhedānupalambhāt | nirviśeṣatā tathataikatvenāvagamāt | nirnānākārāṇatā yathoktaprakāravyatirekeṇa svaparādhāraṃ satyajñānaṃ tathā kṣamā iti |



 



agradharmānadhikṛtyāha | sattvaparipācana ityādi | tatrānāvaraṇaṃ rūpaṃ bodhisattvābhijñādi,sarvadharmasthitirbuddhatvam | idamuktaṃ syāt | svayaṃ sattvaparipācanādau sthitasyānyeṣāmapi tatra samādāpanādibhirākārairālambane'gradharmā bhavantīti | tathā coktam |

etāni punarnirvedhabhāgīyāni mṛdumadhyādhimātrabhedātpratyekaṃ trividhāni bhavanti | tatra mṛdūṣmagataṃ samamaitracittābhyāṃ tadātve parāviheṭhanatāmupādāya,madhyaṃ hitādicittatrayeṇāyatyāṃ parahitāśayatāmupādāya | adhimātraṃ mātrādicittotpādena tadātve cāyatyāñca pareṣāmiṣṭopasaṃhārakāmatāmupādāya nirdiṣṭam | mṛdumūrddhagataṃ pāpanivṛttau svaparaniyojanenānyeṣāṃ duḥkhahetunivṛttikāmatāmupādāya | madhyaṃ dānādau svaparasthāpanenānyeṣāṃ,sukhahetusanniyogābhilāṣitāmupādāya | adhimātraṃ dvidhā pratītyasamutpādabhāvanāyāmātmaparapravartanenānyeṣāṃ,sukhaduḥkhaviparyāsaprahāṇābhiprāyatāmupādāyoktam | mṛdvī madhyādhimātrā ca kṣāntiryathākramameva satyeṣu yāvadbodhisattvanyāmāvakrāntāvityanenānyeṣāmāryamārge prathamaphalādau buddhatve ca niyoktukāmatāmupādāyoktam | kiṃ tvadhimātrā kṣāntirekakṣaṇikī grāhyā | mṛdumadhyādhimātrāstvagradharmā yathāsaṃkhyaṃ pareṣāmaviśeṣeṇa yānatraye paripācanāya viśeṣeṇa bodhisattvamārge niyojanāya sarvasampatprakarṣaniṣṭhādhiṣṭhānakāmatāmupādāya sattvaparipācanānāvaraṇarūpasaddharmasthitivacanenoktāḥ |

tat svārthādhikārāt | iha tu parārthādhiṣṭhānānāṃ mṛdumadhyādhimātrabhedo vyākhyātaḥ | parārthasya tāratamyāvasthāsambhavāditi na tenedaṃ virudhyate | pratyabhisamayaṃ kasmānnirvedhabhāgīyādinirdeśa iti cet | ucyate | sarvākāramārgavastuvibhāvanābhedena yathākramaṃ sarvākārajñatāditrividhe'bhisamaye laukikanirvedhabhāgīyādhigamapūrvako lokottaradarśanabhāvanāmārgādhigamaḥ | sarvākārābhisambodhādau tu trividhe'bhisamaye bhāvanottarottarāvasthāviśeṣeṇa sarvākāraviśeṣamārgasaṅgṛhītaṃ jñānamanāsravaṃ mṛdumadhyādhimātrakrameṇotpadyata iti sakṛdutpattinirāsāya nirvedhabhāgīyādivyapadeśo'bhihita iti kecit ||
