tathāgatānāmudyogameva dṛṣṭāntena spaṣṭayannāha | tadyathāpi nāmetyādi | asparśavihāra iti | asukhavihāraḥ | amana āpa iti | cittenānabhipretaḥ | pūrvavat tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | etayā hi vayamityādi | tatra kenacidāhārādyupastambhena sudhāritāmanye'pi dhārayeyuḥ | caurādibhyo vihitarakṣatvena sugopitāṃ gopāyeyuḥ | kāyikamalādyapanayanena sukelāyitāṃ kelāyeyuḥ | āpatato vidyudādipātāt | utpātataḥ sarvopasargikarogataḥ | aniṣṭanipāto'niṣṭavastusambhavaḥ | dārṣṭāntikārthamāha | evameva subhūta tathāgatā ityādi | iha lokadhātusthā eva tathāgatā grāhyāḥ | yato'nantaraṃ vakṣyati | ye'pi te anyeṣu lokadhātuṣvityādi | antarāyaṃ na kuryuriti | yathāpūrvoktanyāyena ṣaṭcatvāriṃśaddoṣān na kuryuḥ | tathautsukyamāpatsyanta iti pūrveṇa sambandhaḥ | tathā coktam |

iti doṣānantaraṃ yathāsaṃkhyaṃ guṇadoṣādānatyāgena prayogā bhāvanīyā lakṣaṇajñānapūrvakamiti | prayogāṇāṃ lakṣaṇaṃ karaṇasādhanaparigraheṇa jñānaviśeṣakāritrasvarūpaṃ,karmasādhanaparigraheṇa ca svabhāvātmakaṃ vaktavyam | tathā coktam |



 



lakṣyate yena tajjñeyaṃ lakṣaṇaṃ trividhañca tat |



jñānaṃ viśeṣaḥ kāritraṃ svabhāvo yaśca lakṣyate ||13|| iti



 



tatra tāvat jñānalakṣaṇaṃ trisarvajñatābhedena bhidyamānaṃ sarvajñatādvāreṇa tathāgatanirvṛtijñānaṃ kathayannāha | evaṃ hi subhūte tathāvatā ityādi | niryuktikamevedamiti | tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | eṣā hītyādi | tatrotpādanānmātā,saṃvardhanājjanayitrī | samutpādanāt sarvajñatāyā darśayitrī | lokasya ca sandarśayitrī śūnyatādirūpeṇāvagamāt | atra kecit svayūthyā evaṃ codayanti | yadi yugapadekajñānakṣaṇena niḥśeṣaṃ jñeyamaṇḍalaṃ saṃvṛtyā vyāpyate,tadā bhāvānāmiyattāparicchedādanantatvamabhyupetaṃ bādhyeta | tathā hyekajñānārūḍhādbhāvādanyo bhāvo nāstītyevaṃ paricchidyamānāḥ kathamantavanto na bhaveyuriti | tadetadasāram | yadi tāvannirākāravijñānamāśrityaivaṃ codyate,tadā sarvamasaṅgatam | tathā hi yāvatkiñcidvastujātaṃ sattāmanubhavati,tasya sarvasya sattāmātreṇa sarvajñacetasā paricchedāttena tadvyāptamiti vyapadiśyate | na tu paraireva ghaṭanāddeśāparyantatayā vyāpteḥ | na caikena jñānena paricchinnānītyetāvatā vastūnāmātmasvabhāvahāniryena tānyekajñānaparicchedavaśādanantatvamātmasvabhāvaṃ jahyuḥ | na hi nīlapītādayo bhāvā bahavo yugapaccitrāstaraṇādiṣvekajñānakṣaṇāvasīyamānatanavo'nekatvaṃ vijahati | nāpi parasparaṃ samanvāviśanti | api tu yathaiva te santi tathaiva jñānena paricchidyante,nānyena rūpeṇa | tadvatsattvabhājanaloko'pi yathaiva sattāmanubhavati tathaiva sarvajñacetasā gṛhyate | aparyantaśca dikṣu vidikṣu sattvādiloko'vasthita ityaparyantatayaiva tasya grahaṇaṃ na tu paryantavartitayeti | kuto'ntavattvaprasaṅgaḥ | syādetat | sākalyagrahaṇābhyupagame kathaṃ paryantagrahaṇaṃ na syāditi | naitadasti | ko hyatra pratibandho yatra sākalyagrahaṇaṃ tatrāvaśyaṃ paryantagrahaṇamiti | tathā hi yāvantaste santi bhāvāsteṣāṃ madhye naiko'pi sarvajñajñānādividitasvarūpaḥ sattāmanubhavati,api tu sarva eva sarvajñacetasā viditasvarūpā evodayante vyayante ca | naiko'pi parityakta ityayaṃ sakalagrahaṇasyārthaḥ | iyameva ca teṣāmekajñānena vyāptiḥ | anyathā sakalaśabdavācyatvamapi teṣāṃ nāṅgīkartavyam | mābhūdantavattvaprasaṅga iti yatkiñcidetat | yathoktamekajñānārūḍhādbhāvādanyo nāstītyevaṃ paricchedātkathamantavanto na bhaveyuriti | tadapyasamyak | na hi nirākārajñānavādipakṣe jñānātmani bhāvānāmāropaṇamasti,api tu sattāmātreṇa tena te vedyāḥ | nāpi bhāvānāṃ jñānāparicchedyasvabhāvatayā'nantamabhyupetaṃ,yena jñāyamānatayā teṣāmantavattvaṃ prasajyate | kintu deśavitānāparyantatayā'nanto bhājanalokaḥ | sattvalokastu saṃkhyānāparyantayāpi | na ca deśāvastambhādyaparyantatve sati grāhyatvavirodhaḥ kaścidyenāgrāhyatā bhavet | yadi paryantatayā na gṛhṇāti kathaṃ sarvajñaḥ syāditi cedata eva yata evāsau paryantatayā na gṛhṇāti tata eva sarvajño bhavati | anyathā'nantavastvantavattvena gṛhṇan bhrānto bhavet | tathāhi yadasti tadastitvena yannāsti tannāstitvena gṛhṇansarvaviducyate | na ca sattvabhājanalokasya paryanto'sti | tasmātparyantaṃ gamanakṛtamavidyamānamasaṃvidyamānatayā gṛhṇan | sarvajñajñānaparicchedakṛtaṃ tu paryantaṃ vidyamānaṃ vidyamānatayā paśyan kathamasarvajño nāma syādetat | nirākārajñānapakṣe viṣayagrahaṇamanupapannaṃ sarvatrāviśiṣṭatvāttasya tena pratikarmavibhāgānupapatteḥ | ato nirākārapakṣo'nupanyasanīya eva sarvadā tasya duṣṭatvāditi | tadetadapyasamyak | na hi sarvajñajñānasya pratikarmavibhāga iṣyate | tasya sarvavastuviṣayatvāt | yato na tannīlasyaiva saṃvedanaṃ pītasyaiva vāpitu sarvasyaivetīṣṭam| yasya hyarvāgdarśanasya jñānaṃ pratiniyatārthaviṣayagrāhi nirākārajñānapakṣe tasya sarvatrāviśeṣāt pratikarmavibhāgānupaparttidoṣa ucyate,tathā hi nīlasyedaṃ vedanam,na pītasyeti niyamābhāvāt,sarvasya pṛthagjanasya sarvajñatvaprasaṅgāpādānaṃ kriyate | sarvajñasya tu tadiṣṭameveti | tasya kimaniṣṭamāpadyatām| tena sarvajñāvasthāyāṃ nirākāraṃ yogabalenotpadyamānamaviruddhameva | vibhāgena heyopādeyavastu parijñānaṃ na syāditi cet | tadapi na | yadi hi yugapadanantavastuni pratibhāsamāne heyopādeyavastunaḥ pratibhāsavirodhaḥ syādavirodhe vā'nyaiḥ saha bhāsamānasya tasya heyopādeyavastunastattvapracyutiḥ syāt,apracyutatattvasyāpi vibhāgenāvabhāsaṃ vā na syāt,vibhaktāvabhāsasyāpi yadi paricchedakaḥ śuddhalaukiko vimarśapratyayo vā pṛṣṭhabhāvī notpādyate,tadaitatsarvaṃ syādvaktum | yāvatā viśvasmin jagatyavabhāsamāne tadapi heyopādeyaṃ vastu | aviruddhapratibhāsamapracyutātmatattvaṃ vibhaktamevāvabhāsate,paścāt sarvajñajñānabalotpannaśuddhalaukikapratyavamarśapratyayena paricchidyata eveti | kathaṃ vibhāgena tadaparijñānaṃ nāma | tadevaṃ nirākārajñānapakṣe tāvadacodyamiti pratipāditam | atha sākārajñānavādipakṣe codyate | tatrāpyavirodya eva,tathā hi yathaiva tadanantaṃ vastvanantākārānugatamātmasattāmanubhavati,tathaiva tatsārvajñaṃ ceto'parimitavastugatākāropagraheṇotpādyamāna maviruddhameva | ekasya jñānasyānekavastvākāropagrahaṇotpattyavirodhāt | ekasyānekākāratvaṃ virodha eveti cet | na | ākārāṇāmasadbhutatvāt yadi hyekasya pāramārthikā ākārā bhaveyuḥ,tadā syādekasya citratvavirodhaḥ | yāvatā'satyabhūtā evākārā itīṣṭam | yadyevaṃ bhrāntajñānasamaṅgitvāt,bhrāntaḥ prāpnoti sarvajña iti cet | na | yathābhūtaparijñānādadoṣa eṣaḥ | yadi hyasatyaṃ satyatvena gṛhṇīyāttadā bhrāntaḥ syāt | yadā tvabhūtānākārānasatyatvenaiva jānāti,tadā kathaṃ bhrānto bhavet | arthavyatiriktajñānārūḍhākāragrahaṇe satyartheṣu dṛṣṭādivyavahāraṃ kurvan kathamabhrānta iti cet | na | samyagupāyaparijñānāt | yadi hyucitaṃ grahaṇopāyamapāsyopāyāntareṇāmukhyenārthaṃ gṛhṇīyāttadā bhrānto bhavet | yāvatā sākārajñānavādipakṣe jñānasyātmākārānubhavavyatirekeṇa nānyo'rthagrahaṇavyāpāro'sti | tatkathamucitenārthopādhibhedena grahaṇavyāpāreṇārthaṃ gṛhṇan bhrānto bhavet | ato jñeyavadekacetasāpi jñānasyānantavastugatākāropagrahaṇotpatteranantaṃ vastu tena vyāptamityucyate | yenaiva cātmanā jñānātmani bhāvāḥ samārohanti,tenaiva tatpṛṣṭhabhāviparāmarśacetasā vā paricchidyante |  na ca sarvajñacetasi parimitabhedānugatāḥ samārohanti bhāvāḥ | kiṃ tarhi yāvatkiṃcidastitvamanubhavati tatsarvameva samārohati | sarvasyaiva sarvajñajñānotpādanaṃ pratyālambanabhāvenāpratibaddhaśaktikatvāt,manovijñānasya ca sarvārthaviṣayatvāt | ataḥ sārvajñasya cetasaḥ parimitavastvākāropagrahaṇānupapatteḥ | pṛṣṭhalabdhena vā śuddhalaukikena parāmarśapratyayena deśaparyantaṃ vartitvenāparicchedāt kathamiyanta iti paricchedo bhavet ,yenāntavattvaṃ syāt | yadi nāma pratibhāsamānādanyannāstītyevaṃ parāmarśo jātastathāpi nāntavattvaprasaṅgaḥ | tathāhi yadi pratibhāsamānamantavadeva nirvikalpe sarvajñacetasi pratibhāseta,tadā tatpṛṣṭhalabdhena parāmarśacetasā'ntavattvaṃ bhāvānāṃ vyavacchidyeta | tadvyavacchedāccānantatvahānirbhavet | yāvatā pratibhāsamānaṃ vastu sārvajñe cetasyanantameva pratibhāseta,sarvasyāpratihataśaktikatvāt | tasmādanyadapratibhāsamānamantavadeva tasyaiva ca parāmarśacetasā vyavacchedaḥ kriyata iti sutarāmeva bhavatā'nantatvaṃ bhāvānāmupapāditamiti yatkiñcidetat | ye punaḥ sarvameva yogijñānamanālambanaṃ satyasvapnadarśanavadvastvasaṃvāditayā pramāṇamiti pratipannāstān pratyantavattvacodyaṃ dūrīkṛtāvakāśameva | syādetadyogināmanāsravaṃ jñānaṃ śāstre sāmānyaviṣayamevopavarṇyate,na tu svalakṣaṇaviṣayam | tatkathaṃ sāmānyaviṣayeṇa yogino jñānena bhāvānāṃ svarūpāṇyevāvabudhyanta iti cet | tadeva hi svalakṣaṇaṃ vijātīyavyāvṛttamabhinnākārapratyayahetutayā śāstre sāmānyalakṣaṇamityucyate | atastadgrāhakaṃ yogijñānaṃ bhāvanābalena sphuṭapratibhāsamutpadyamānaṃ svalakṣaṇagocaramevetyaviruddhametat | yatsāmānyagocaraṃ tatkathaṃ svalakṣaṇagrāhi bhavatīti | kathaṃ parasparaviruddhānāmekajñānena grahaṇamiti cet ucyate | yadyapi bhāvāḥ kecit parasparaṃ virodhinastathāpi te jñānena sahāviruddhā eva | yugapadekenāpi jñānena viruddhānekārthagrahaṇopalambhāt | tathāhi ye parasparaparihāreṇa sthitalakṣaṇāsteṣāmaikyaṃ viruddham | ye tu sahānavasthāyinasteṣāmekadeśāvasthānaṃ viruddham | na caikavijñānabhāsanādeṣāmaikyamekadeśatvaṃ vā prasajyate | tena naikavijñānabhāsitvameṣāṃ virodhaḥ | dṛṣṭañca viruddhānāmapi satāmekajñānabhāsanam |yathā śucyaśucinoścakṣurvijñānena parasparaparihārasthitalakṣaṇayorahermayūrasya ca sahānavasthāyinoryugapadgrahaṇam | syādetat | yadi viruddhānāmapyekavijñānāvabhāsanamaviruddham | evaṃ sati sukhaduḥkhayo rāgadveṣayorvā kimekavijñāne vedanaṃ prāṇabhṛtāṃ svasantāne notpadyata iti | yat sukhādīnāṃ sakṛdavedanaṃ tatkāraṇābhāvenānutpatterasannihitatvāt sukhādīnāṃ na tu viruddhatvādityavasātavyam | yathā cātītānāgatavastugrahaṇaṃ tathā prāgeva pratipāditam | athavā vartamānasyeva sākṣāt pāraṃparyeṇa vā tadupakāryopakārakasvabhāvasya pratipattyaivātītānāgatayoḥ pratipattiḥ | viviktabhūtalapratipattyaiva ghaṭāderabhāvapratipattivat | na caivaṃ satyānumāniko bhagavān liṅgābhāvāt | sarvaviśeṣayuktasyaiva vartamānasya pratyakṣatvena tayoḥ pratyakṣatvādityalamatiprasaṅgena | janayitrītvaṃ spaṣṭayannāha | ato niryātā hītyādi | evaṃ sarvajñatāyāśca sandarśayitrīti janayitrītvenaiva sarvajñatāyāśca pratipādikā | lokajñānaṃ pratipādayannāha | yadbhagavānevamāhetyādi | na lujyante na pralujyanta iti | kṣaṇikaprabandhānityatābhyāṃ yathākramaṃ na naśyati na praṇaśyatītyarthaḥ |  vastudharmasvabhāvatvāt kathaṃ tau na bhavata iti | tatkasya hetorna lujyante na pralujyanta ityāha | śūnyatāsvabhāvā hītyādi | tattvato'svabhāvatvāt | skandhānāṃ śūnyāditvena vastudharmasvabhāvābhāve kṣaṇikaprabandhānityate na bhavataḥ | saṃvṛtyā tu sta iti bhāvaḥ | sarvasattvacittacaritajñānaṃ nirdiśannāha | punaraparamityādi | pratijñātārthaṃ samarthayituṃ praśnayannāha | kathañca subhūta ityādi | pariharannāha | sattvāsvabhāvatayetyādi | sattvānāṃ māyopamasvabhāvatvādaprameyādirūpeṇa parijñānam | upasaṃharannāha | evaṃ hi subhūta ityādi | amunaiva vidhinā teṣāñcittacaritaparijñānamityāha | yānyapi tānītyādi | sattvā'sambhavatayeti | sattvasya vidyamānatvasya tattvato'nupalabdherdharmadhāturūpatayā'prameyādirūpatvena sattvānāṃ cittacaritāni prajānāti | cittasaṃkṣepajñānaṃ kathayannāha | saṃkṣiptāni cittānītyādi | sa saṃkṣepaṃ kṣayataḥ kṣayañcākṣayata iti | tadālambanena dharmatāyāṃ praviṣṭañcittaṃ sa saṃkṣepaṃ kṣayato vināśataḥ saṃvṛtyā jānāti | kṣayamapi vināśaṃ kṣayiṇo'sattvāt paramārthato'kṣayamavināśaṃ yathābhūtaṃ prajānāti | cittavikṣepajñānaṃ gaditumāha | vikṣiptāni cittānītyādi | dharmatāta iti | dharmadhātoranutpādastadamanasikāreṇa bahiḥ pravṛttāni cittāni vikṣiptāni saṃvṛtyā | paramārthataḥ punaralakṣaṇāni svabhāvavirahitāni lakṣaṇānityatvenākṣīṇāni prabandhoparamādavikṣīṇāni bahirgamanāsambhavādavikṣiptānīti yathābhūtaṃ prajānāti | cittākṣayākārajñānaṃ vaktumāha | aprameyākṣayāṇi cittānītyādi | adhiṣṭhitamiti | mahākaruṇayā āsaṃsāramadhiṣṭhitaṃ taccittaṃ yathāyogaṃ trividhasaṃskṛtalakṣaṇāsambhavādanirodhamanutpādamasthitamato dharmirūpatvāyogādanāsravaṃ pramātumaśakyatvenā prameyaṃ dharmadhātuvadvināśānupapaterakṣayaṃ bhavati | tathāgatasya yenaivaṃ cittenākāśamivāprameyākṣayatayā sarvasattvānāṃ cittāprameyākṣayatāṃ svasamādhidarpaṇatale pratibhāsanādyathābhūtaṃ prajānāti | sarāgādicittajñānaṃ kathayannāha | saṃkliṣṭāni cittānītyādi | asaṃkleśasaṃkliṣṭānīti | bhrāntimātrāstitvāt | kleśakarmajanmalakṣaṇaiḥ  saṃkleśaistattvato'saṃkleśairviparyāsabalāt saṃkliṣṭānyupahatāni | asaṃketānīti | apratiniyatavṛttīni | vigatarāgādicittajñānaṃ nirdiśannāha | asaṃkliṣṭāni cittānītyādi | prakṛtiprabhāsvarāṇīti | pṛthagjanāvasthāyāmaviśuddhabhrāntikāraṇanirjātatvena tathābhūtānyapi cittāni naiḥsvābhāvyāt pramāṇopapannānutpādādirūpātmāvabodhaparāyaṇatvena pratipakṣodayādapyanivartyānīti śakyāpaneyarāgādisahāyatvāt,prabhāsvarāṇi pariśuddhanijasvabhāvamātrāṇi | sāmānyena sarāgādicittaṃ vītarāgādicittāñca nirdiśyaivaṃ tadupāyaṃ yathākramaṃ kathayituṃ līnāni cittānītyādikamekaṃ hārakam | pragṛhītāni cittānītyādikañca dvitīyamāha | anālayalīnānīti | asthānārhe'nālaye samāpattyāsvādanādau rāgādihetutvena līnānyabhiniviṣṭāni | agrāhyāṇi subhūte tāni cittāni na pragrahītavyāni iti | tatroddhatamauddhatyābhiśaṅki vā cittaṃ saṃvejanīyavastvamanaskāreṇa śamathanimittena | līnaṃ layābhiśaṅki vā cittaṃ pramodanīyavastumanaskāreṇa pragrahanimittena | samaprāptaṃ cittamanābhogamanaskāreṇopekṣānimitena ca gṛhītamityevaṃ virāgādihetutvena pragṛhītāni cittāni  | punaragrahaṇārhatvenāgrāhyāṇi | bhūyo na pragrahītavyāni | tayoreva cittajñānayoḥ sāmānyena paryāyaṃ kathayan yathākramaṃ sāsravāṇi cittānītyādikañcāparaṃ hārakamāha | asvabhāvāni subhūte tāni cittāni,asatsaṃkalpānīti | sāsravāṇi cittāni pratipakṣodayānnivartyatvenāvidyamānanijasvabhāvāni |tataścāsattātulyāni | abhāvagatikāni subhūte tāni cittāni | anābhogānīti | anāsravāṇi cittāni darśanabhāvanāheyakleśānāmabhāvaparyavasānāni | tataśca svarasena pariśuddhasantānapravartanādanābhogāni | tayoreva punaḥ prabhedaṃ vaktuṃ ṣaṭ sarāgāṇītyādi hārakānāha | yā cittasya sarāgatetyādi | yā cittasya sarāgatā viṣayādisaktirūpatā pṛthagjanasya na sā cittasya yathābhūtatā nyāyato māyopamasvaprakāśarūpatā bhavati | śakyāśakyāpaneyatvenānayoryathākramaṃ calācalarūpatvāt | tathāryāṇāṃ pratipakṣabhāvanayā cittasya yā yathābhūtatā anāsravarūpatā na sā sarāgatā tatpratipakṣarūpatvāt | tasmādaśuddhāvasthāyāṃ sarāgāṇi cittāni saṃvṛtyā | yaḥ subhūte cittasyetyādi | yaścittasya vigamo rāgavigamāvasthā pṛthagjanasya na sā cittasya sarāgatā'rāgāvasthatayorbhinnarūpatvāt | tathā yā vītarāgasya viṣkambhaṇādiprahāṇena prahīṇarāgasya cittasya yathābhūtatā tadviviktātmasaṃvedanatā na sā cittasya sarāgatā | tasmādvivekāvasthāyāṃ vigatarāgāṇi cittāni | etadanusāreṇa pariśiṣṭeṣu sadoṣādihārakeṣu grantho vyākhyeyaḥ | vipulacittajñānaṃ vaktuṃ vyatirekānvayamukhena hārakadvayamāha | avipulāni cittānītyādi | asamutthānayogāni subhūte tāni cittānyasamutthānaparyāpannānīti | tattvato'nutpatteḥ kāraṇasambandhaśūnyatvenāsamutthānayogāni | prādurbhāvavirahāt kāmādidhātāvapratibaddhatvāttānyasamutthānaparyāpannānyevamanupalambhādavipulāni | na hīyanta ityādi | vināśābhāvānna hīyante | utpādābhāvānna vivardhante | ata eva kvacidgamanābhāvenāvigamatvānna gacchantyevaṃ dharmadhātusvābhāvyādvipulāni cittānīti | mahadgatacittājñānaṃ kathayituṃ vyatirekānvayamukhena hārakadvayamāha | amahadgatāni cittānītyādi | anāgatikāni subhūte tāni cittānyagatikānyaparyāpannānīti | satkāryapratiṣedhenātītādadhvanastadāgamanavaikalyādanāgatikāni cittāni | sarvātmanā vināśādanāgate'pi kāle gamanānupapatteragatikāni | pratyutpanne'pyekānekasvabhāvavaidhuryādaparyāpannānyevamamahadgatāni | samatāsamāni subhūte tāni cittāni svabhāvasamānīti | tattvato'nutpādarūpatvādātmādiniḥsvabhāvatulyatvena samatāsamāni cittāni | tathyasaṃvṛtyā tu sarvaguṇāvāhakarūpeṇa pratibhāsanānmāyāsvabhāvasamānyevaṃ mahadgatāni | apramāṇacittajñānaṃ nirdiśannāha | apramāṇāni cittānītyādi | aniśrayatvāditi | na hi pratiniyatasteṣāmāśrayo vidyata ityapramāṇāni | anidarśanacittajñānaṃ pratipādayan pūrvavaddhārakadvayamāha | sanidarśanāni cittānītyādi | samadarśanāni subhūte tāni cittāni cittasvabhāvānīti | māyopamātmasaṃvedanatayā samadarśanāni tattulyopalambharūpāṇi sarvāṇyeva jñānāni | kuśalākuśalavāsanābhiścitatvāccittasvabhāvāni sañcitavāsanārūpāṇyevaṃ sanidarśanāni | alakṣaṇatvādityādi | tattvato vartamānasvarūpaviraheṇālakṣaṇātvādatītānāgatarūpābhyāṃ saha yathākramaṃ kāryakāraṇasambandhānupapattyā'rthaviviktatvāt trayāṇāṃ māṃsādicakṣuṣāṃ sarveṣāṃ vā pañcānāmaviṣayatvenānavabhāsagatamadṛśyaṃ cittamevamanidarśanāni | yathoktajñānamevamapratighāditvena kathaṃcidvyāvṛttyocyata iti pratipādayan sapratighāni cittānītyaṣṭau yasmātparamārthato'ṇumātramapi cittaṃ vastusvarūpaṃ nopalabdhaṃ,tasmādbuddhatvāvasthāyāmiva pṛthagjanāvasthāyāṃ prakṛtivaiyavadānikasvabhāvena sarvarūpādinimittāpagamānniṣpapañcānyevaṃ tattvato niruttarāṇi cittāni | asamasamāni hītyādi utpādādidoṣavaiṣamyādasamena grāhyeṇa samāni tadgrāhakatvena pravṛttāni cittāni vikṣepādakṛtasamādhānatvenāsamavahitānyevamasamāhitāni | samasamāni hītyādi | sarvadoṣavaiṣamyānupapatteḥ samo dharmadhātustena sahānutpādādinā tulyatvāt samāni | vikṣepātkṛtapratīkāratvena samavahitāni |tattvato'vidyamānasvabhāvatvenākāśasamānyevaṃ samāhitāni | svabhāvavimuktānītyādi | nyāyānuyāyijanmarahitatvāt svabhāvavimuktāni cittānyavidyamānasattārūpatvādabhāvasvabhāvāni |tataśca bandhāpanayanapūrvakamokṣābhāvādavimuktāni cittāni | cittaṃ hītyādi | yasmādekānekasvabhāvavaidhuryeṇāsattvācittaṃ traikālikaṃ tathāgatenānupalabdhaṃ,tasmāt prakṛtyā dvividhāvaraṇavigamādvimuktāni | prabhedaṃ nirdiśya cittajñānaṃ vaktumāha | adṛśyāni cittānītyādi | asattvāt subhūte'dṛśyamiti | lakṣaṇaśūnyatvenāsattvādadṛśyaṃ kalpitaṃ cittam | hetvabhāvenābhūtatvādavijñeyaṃ paratantram | svarūpāvidyamānatvenāpariniṣpannatvādagrāhyaṃ pariniṣpannaṃ citam | pratyekaṃ prajñācakṣurādibhistribhiḥ sambandhanīyam | pañcānāṃ vā buddhadharmacakṣurādīnāmanavabhāsagatatvādadṛśyādikamavagantavyam | evaṃ hi subhūte prajñāpāramitetyupasaṃhārapadam | saṃkṣiptacittajñānādihārakānte'pi pratyekaṃ sambandhanīyam | cittonmiñjitādijñānaṃ kathayannāha | unmiñjitanimiñjitānītyādi | tatra vidhimukhena yaḥ svaviṣaye cittaprasaraḥ so'yamunmiñjaḥ | pratiṣedhamukhena viṣayāntarāccittasyāpasarpaṇaṃ nimiñjaḥ | tatsañjātatvādunmiñjitanimiñjitāni | laukikalokottaraprasiddhibhedātparasattvānāṃ parapudgalānāmiti dvayamuktam | rūpaniśritānītyādi | sarvāṇyeva vidhipratiṣedhamukhena rūpādipañcaskandhāśritānyutpadyante cittānītyarthaḥ | tadeva kathayannāha | bhavati tathāgata ityādi | maraṇāduttarakālaṃ tathāgato bhavati | tirobhāvarūpeṇāvasthānāt kimiti kāṃkṣāpraśnakaraṇāt | sāṃkhyaprabhṛtīnāṃ rūpādigato'yamunmiñjitavikalpaḥ | tathaiva sarvātmanā niranvayavināśānna bhavatīti laukāyatikānāṃ nimiñjitavikalpaḥ | avasthāturekatvādavasthāyāśca bhinnatvādyathākramaṃ pūrvavadbhavati na bhavatīti digambaraprabhṛtīnāmubhayavikalpaḥ | tattvānyatvarūpeṇāvācyatvānna bhavati nana bhavatīti pudgalavādināmubhayapratiṣedhādhiṣṭhāno vikalpaḥ | ete ca vikalpāstattvato'nutpannatvādatathyasaṃvṛtibhāvinyātmasvabhāve tathāgate na kathañcit pratiṣṭhāṃ labhante | tathā śūnyatādeśanāyāmavineyajanāpekṣayā'vasthāpanīyapraśnatvena vyavasthāpitāḥ pradeśāntare | evaṃ śāśvata ātmā cetyādayo'vagantavyāḥ | parṣanmaṇḍale tasmin yathoktaprabhedātmadṛṣṭayupetānāṃ sannihitavineyajanānāmāśayānurodhādeva tāvatprabhedopādānam | tathatākārajñānaṃ vaktumāha | punaraparaṃ subhūte tathāgata ityādi | tathā subhūte tathāgato rūpaṃ jānāti,yathā | tathateti |

tathatākāreṇa rūpādiskandhaparijñānādunmiñjitādīnāmapi tathatāparijñānamiti yāvat | samyaksambuddhasya tathatāvabodhatatparasamākhyānaprajñapanajñānañca kathayannāha | evaṃ hi subhūte tathāgatatathatayā ca skandhatathatayā cetyādi | tathatāṃ prajñapayatīti | sarvadharmānuyāyinīṃ tathatāmekarūpeṇa vyavasthāpayatyanena tathatāprajñapanajñānamuktam | tadevāha | yaiva cetyādinā | nanu dharmibhinnatve kathamabhedastathatāyā iti | tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | uktaṃ hītyādi | yasmāt pañca skandhā loka ityādi | saṃjñātā saṃkhyātā iti bhagavatā pañcaskandhaiḥ sarvadharmanirdeśādhikāre kathitam | tasmānna loko'nyānityādilakṣaṇo bhinnaḥ,kevalaṃ sannihitavineyapratipatyapekṣayā bhinnadharmitvenoktaḥ | tadeva vaktumāha | tasmāttarhītyādi | anekabhāvābhāvāpagatetyādi | tattvato'nutpādarūpatvena vastudharmasamatikramānnaikatvaṃ nāpi nānātvamiti | śūnyatārūpeṇaikaivaiṣā tathatā sarvadharmavyāpinī ghaṭapaṭāderanekasmādbhāvāt | prāgabhāvādilakṣaṇāccābhāvādapagatā prayogamārge | tathā darśanabhāvanāviśeṣa niṣṭhāmārgeṣu ca | yathākramamakṣayatvādavikāratvādadvaidhīkāratvādekaivaiṣā tathateti yojyam | prajñāpāramitāmāgamyābhisambuddhetyanena | tathatāvabodhajñānamāveditam | lokasya lokaṃ sandarśayatīti | bhāvābhiniveśino lokasya māyopamaṃ lokaṃ kathayati | kalpitaparatantrapariniṣpannasvabhāvānāṃ māyopamadarśanādyathākramaṃ tathatāṃ jānāti | avitathatāṃ jānāti | ananyatathatāṃ jānāti | iti padatrayaṃ vācyam | tathatāmabhisambuddhaḥ saṃstathāgata ityucyata ityanena tathatāparijñānamāveditam | ko'tra bhagavannanyo 'dhimokṣyata iti | naiva kaścidaniyatagotrādiradhimuñcati | kiṃ tarhi viśiṣṭa eva pudgala ityāha | avinivartanīya ityādi | abhisambuddhyākhyātāni iti | tathatāsamākhyānajñānamanena nirdiṣṭam | akṣayā'kṣayaivākhyāteti | utpādādvā tathāgatānāmanutpādādvā tathāgatānāṃ sthitaivaiṣā dharmāṇāṃ dharmateti vacanādakṣayā tathatā'kṣayatvena nirdiṣṭā | tathatāvabodhādijñānacatuṣṭayamekīkṛtya nirdiṣṭamevamato jñānalakṣaṇaṃ sarvajñatāsaṅgṛhītaṃ ṣoḍaśaprakāraṃ bhavati | tathā coktam |



 



tathāgatasya nirvṛttau loke cālujyanātmake |



sattvānāṃ cittacaryāsu tat saṃkṣepe bahirgatau ||14||

tadanantaraṃ mārgajñatādhikāreṇa jñānalakṣaṇakathanārthamāha | atha khalu śakradevendrapramukhā ityādi | kathaṃ bhagavannatra lakṣaṇāni sthāpyanta iti | kena prakāreṇa mārgajñatādhikāre jñānalakṣaṇāni nirdiśyante | śūnyamityādi | śūnyatānimittāpraṇihitānutpādānirodhāsaṃkleśāvyavadānābhāvajñānānyaṣṭau svaśabdenoktāni | svabhāvajñānaṃ nirvāṇamiti | aniśritajñānaṃ dharmadhāturiti | ākāśalakṣaṇajñānaṃ tathateti | evaṃ jñānatrayaṃ vyavasthāpitam  niryuktikañcedamiti | tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | aniśritāni hītyādi | yasmādetāni jñānalakṣaṇāni tattvato'nutpādarūpatvānna kkacit pratibaddhāni,tasmādyathoktasvabhāvānīti vākyārthaḥ | dharmatā'vikopanārthamāha | naitāni lakṣaṇānītyādi | cālayitumiti vikopayitum | tathaiva tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | sadevamānuṣāsuro'pi hītyādi | etallakṣaṇa eveti | avikopitamāyopamo dharmatāsvabhāvaḥ | asaṃskārajñānārthamāha | nāpyetāni lakṣaṇāni kenāpi hastena sthāpitānīti | asaṃskṛtatvādeva bhāvānāmiti bhāvaḥ | avikalpajñānaṃ vaktumāha | yo devaputrā ityādi | saṃskṛtatve kathaṃ na sthāpitamiti | tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | asaṃskṛtatvāditi | ahetupratyayasamudbhūtatvādityarthaḥ | prabhedajñānārthamāha | atha khalu bhagavaṃstānityādi | tathāgatena prakāśitatvāt kathaṃ pūrvamavasthitānīti | tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | yathaitā nityādi | ākhyātānīti | śūnyatādirūpeṇa prabhedata iti śeṣaḥ | alakṣaṇajñānaṃ kathayannāha | gambhīrāṇi bhagavannityādi | asaṅgajñānamiti sarvābhiniveśarahitaṃ paramārthato'lakṣaṇajñānaṃ niṣpannāvasthāyāṃ yaduta prajñāpāramitā buddhānāṃ tadevāha | asaṅgajñānāyetyādinā | aniṣpannāvasthāyāṃ punarasaṅgajñānāya bhāvyamānā prajñāpāramitā tathāgatānāmevaṃ sarvākāraṃ gocaro jñānaviṣayībhavati | asya lokasya sandarśayitrīti | yathoktaiḥ ṣoḍaśaprakārairmārgajñatājñānairlokatattvasākṣātkaraṇāllokaṃ sandarśayati | tathā coktam |

tadanantaraṃ sarvākārajñatādvāreṇa jñānalakṣanārthamāha | yathā subhūte tathāgatā ityādi | tatra svadharmopaniśrayajñānaṃ samyaksambuddhasya kathayannāha | imaṃ dharmaṃ prajñāpāramitāmityādi | asthānata ityanabhiniveśataḥ | viharantīti dṛṣṭadharmasukhavihārārthamadhigatamarthamāmukhīkṛtya viharanti | satkāragurukāramānanāpūjanājñānāni vaktumāha | dharmaṃ satkurvantītyādi | pūjayantītyasyārthaṃ prayogapṛṣṭhāvasthābhedenāha | arcayantyapacāyantīti sāmānyena nirdiśya viśeṣārthamāha | prajñāpāramitaivetyādi | viśeṣagrahaṇe kiṃ nibandhanamiti | tatkasya hetorityāśaṅkyāha | ato hi subhūta ityādi | tatra kṛtajñāḥ pratyupakārakaraṇāt | kṛtavedino'lpasyāpyupakārasya mahattvena smaraṇāt | yānaṃ mahāyānaṃ pratipaddarśanādimārgaḥ | anugṛhṇīte'nuparipālayatīti | tayoreva yathākramaṃ varṇavadanāt | akṛtakajñāṃ vaktumāha | punaraparaṃ subhute tathāgatenetyādi | tatra kārakahetorasattvādakṛtāḥ | vināśahetorabhāvenāvikṛtāḥ | saṃskṛtasvarūpavirahādanabhisaṃskṛtāḥ | sarvatragajñānaṃ kathayannāha | prajñāpāramitāṃ hītyādi | evaṃ sarvadharmeṣu jñānaṃ pravṛttamiti | akṛtakatvādyavagamena jñānamutpannam | tattvato'nutpannatve bhāvānāṃ kathaṃ dṛśyadarśakadarśanamityāha | yadā bhagavannityādi | tatra manovijñānena paricchedābhāvādajānakāḥ | cakṣurādivijñānenopalambhavirahādapaśyakāḥ | niryuktika evāyamanuvāda ityāha | kathañcetyādi | yasmātsarvadharmāstattvenotpādābhāvācchūnyā grāhyagrāhakasambandhānupapatteraniśritāstasmādajānakā apaśyakā ityarthaḥ | prajñāpāramitāṃ cāgamyetthaṃbhūtadharmāvabodhena lokasyādarśanameva darśanaṃ tattvataḥ | saṃvṛtyā tu yathāpratītameveti bhāvaḥ | adṛṣṭārthadarśakajñānaṃ nirdiśannāha | rūpasyādṛṣṭatvādityādi | rūpādyadarśanameva lokasya tattvato darśanamiti bhāvaḥ | tadevāha | kathaṃ bhagavannityādinā | na rūpālambanamiti | na rūpādinirbhāsaṃ saiva lokasya dṛṣṭateti sarvamiti na jānāti | sacca saditi jānāti  | asaccāsaditi vacanādasato lokasyādarśanameva darśanam | pariśiṣṭajñānakathanārthamāha | kathañcetyādi | iti lokaḥ śūnya iti lokaśūnyatākārajñānamuktam | iti lokaṃ sūcayatīti lokaśūnyatāsūcakajñānam | evaṃ jñāpayatīti | lokaśūnyatājñāpakajñānam | evaṃ lokaṃ sandarśayatīti | lokaśūnyatādarśakajñānamityetāni trīṇi jñānāni yathākramaṃ saṃgṛhītaparipācitavimocitānāṃ vineyānāmarthāya veditavyāni | "tisraḥ sarvajñatāścābhipretya trividhāryapudgalādhikāreṇa yathākramaṃ pradeśavṛttimuddeśavṛttiṃ pratyakṣavṛttiṃ vādhikṛtyāvagantavyānī"tyāryavimuktisenaḥ | iti loko'cintya iti | acintyatājñānam | iti lokaḥ śānta iti | śāntatājñānamiti | loko vivikta iti | lokanirodhajñānam | iti loko viśuddhyetyādinā saṃjñānirodhajñānañca gaditamavagantavyam | sarvākārajñatāsaṃgṛhītāni yathoktānyeva ṣoḍaśajñānānyavasātavyāni | tathā coktam |



 



svadharmamupaniśritya vihāre tasya satkṛtau |



gurutve mānanāyāñca tatpūjā'kṛtakatvayoḥ ||20||



sarvatra vṛttimajjñānamadṛṣṭasya ca darśakam |



lokasya śūnyatākārasūcakajñāpakākṣagam ||21||



acintyaśāntatādarśi lokasaṃjñānirodhi ca |



jñānalakṣaṇamityuktaṃ sarvākārajñatānaye ||22|| iti
